Lori Chimento RYT200

My teaching is influenced by the Kripalu methodology. I encourage students to explore each posture. The key question is: what works for you? I offer modifications, assists, and advanced postures. In my class, you’ll find a fun, relaxed, non-competitive environment which fuses mind, body, and soul. I honor the natural world and gratitude while exploring breath-work (pranayama), postures (asanas), meditation (dhyāna) mudras, mantras, and music. I hope to share body wisdom, kindness, acceptance and most importantly, the joy of yoga!

I am a graduate of the Deeper Studies of Meditation and Yoga teacher training. I am also certified by Kidding Around Yoga.

Off the mat I can be found in my classroom, kayaking, getting walked by my dogs, making yoga playlists, or covered in dirt in my garden.“You have no need to travel anywhere. Journey withinyourself, enter a mine of rubies and bathe in the splendor of your own Light.” - Rumi
