Studio FAQ’s

In-Studio Class Safety Information

Practicing In Person –  New Safety Guidelines

  • There must be at least 2 people registered to hold In-Person Class.
  • Masks are not required in the studio at this time.
  • We have sanitizing stations and will clean surfaces after every class.
  • Students are welcome to use our mats and blocks and other props.. Please wipe down mats and blocks and put all borrowed items neatly back in their place.

In- Studio Class Registration – Payment Information

  • Pre-registration is Required for In Studio Classes.  If you need help registering for class Call 856-227-0999.

  • From the Schedule Page Choose the Class you want to attend.
  • There are two Buttons after you fill out your information.  USE Class Card /Pay In Studio  or Pay Now.  USE YOUR CLASS CARD/PAY IN STUDIO  button is if you have a class card or will be purchasing a class card on online from our Price/Buy Classes page or if you want to pay for your class with a check or with cash in the studio. (Only Check or Cash is accepted in the studio)( To purchase with credit please buy online.)  PAY NOW button is if you want to purchase a single drop in class with credit online.

More Studio Etiquette

  • Arrive for class at least ten minutes early
  • Remove your shoes upon entering the Studio. Store them and other personal belongings in the provided shelves in the yoga room.
  • Turn all pagers and cell phones OFF before entering the Studio.
  • Enter the yoga room in silence and use the time before class for meditation or gentle stretching.

Class cards 

  • 1 year Expiration Dates on Class Cards.
  •  No Refunds or Transfers.

Cancellation Policy/ More Registration Guidelines

  • For All In Studio Classes we ask you to cancel 12 hours in advance of your class to open it up your spot for a fellow yogi.  You can register for class 1 hour before start time.  If you miss the registration time,  feel free to take your chance and come to the studio, if there is room we will welcome you in.  We will ask that you register in advance in the future. 
  • Massage, bodywork must cancel 24 hours before scheduled appointment or you will be charged your appointment fee.

How to get the most out of your practice

  • Wear clothing that is comfortable it’s best it your clothing is not too tight (jeans) or too loose (extra baggy T-shirt).
  • Do not practice on a full stomach. It is recommended that you wait at least 1-2 hours after eating to practice Yoga.
  • Drink water before and after class. You might like to bring a water bottle and a towel to class.
  • Alert the teacher to any injuries or physical concerns prior to class. This will help the teacher to assist you and give you modifications to the postures and movements. Teachers may physically assist students for the safety and effectiveness of the practice.
  • If you have special physical limitations you may want to schedule a private yoga session before you practice in a class setting.
  • Please be aware of personal hygiene, refrain from wearing any fragrance to class, and remember to wash your mat from time to time.
